It is a mashup from SkiesOfAzel's Mint-X-Metal GTK Theme (as realeased with Linux Mint 11 "Katya"), having the following tweaks: A dark panel; and Menu, toolbar and statusbar backgrounds are brushed metal, such as the mintMenu background from the original theme.

This theme is an edit of mine using that border with a version of my other other gtk theme, New Wave Reprise, utilising a panel background to fit Dust Reprise.
